The strategy lands differently in every room.
You said it clearly. But by the time it reaches the second layer of leadership, it has been reinterpreted, softened, or lost entirely. The same words carry different meanings depending on who delivers them.
Decisions take longer than they should.
Not because the thinking is wrong. Because people are not aligned on what has been decided, or why it matters. The result is another meeting, another round of clarification, another week lost.
Trust is thinning and you can feel it.
Teams are polite. Meetings are productive on paper. But something is not connecting, and it shows in the small things. The hesitation before speaking up. The silence where there should be pushback.
Your voice does not travel when you are not in the room.
The message depends too much on your personal presence. Your clarity, your energy, your ability to read the room. That does not scale across teams, time zones, or quarters.
I have spent over 14 years inside global organisations, working at the intersection of leadership, communication, and organisational complexity. I have seen how good strategies get lost in noise. And I have learned where the structural breaks usually hide.
Today I do two things. I advise senior leaders on communication strategy. And I have built a leadership capability system that installs those capabilities across organisations at scale.
The advisory work reveals where the breaks are. The Academy installs the infrastructure to fix them.

Advisory
For senior leaders navigating moments where communication has become a strategic risk. You need clarity, diagnostic thinking, and someone who sees the structural patterns.

Fabros Academy
For organisations building leadership communication capability at scale. And for individual leaders ready to sharpen their voice and presence. A permanent system, not another programme.
